Refund & Exchange Policy
At Gallatin River Honey Co., we take great pride in the quality of our handcrafted products. Because our soaps, skin care items, and honey are small-batch and made to order, we are unable to offer refunds on opened or used products.
We offer exchanges only on unused, unopened items within 14 days of receipt. If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.
To request an exchange, please email us at gallatinriverhoney@gmail.com with your order details and reason for exchange. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition.
Shipping Policy
We ship via USPS from Bozeman, Montana. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days of payment confirmation.

⚠️ Heat Advisory: Please be aware that when shipping to very hot climates, some of our products such as lip balm, solid lotion bars and body butter may experience some melting or separation. The products are generally still usable once they re-solidify.
